I absolutely LOVE this! I think non-blacks are fascinated with this when they learn about the issues surrounding it. I did my writing project sophomore year on my transition to natural hair and my group mates (all white) were really receptive, so I'm not too surprised that the reaction she's been getting has been so positive.
