Laughter is Food for the Soul!!! Laughing Baby!!!
Every time I see this video I could burst with joy!! Makes me miss my babies at this age. My oldest used to laugh hysterically when I would pop bubble wrap and the sound of zippers...My youngest loved to play with brown paper bags and blowing bubbles. Babies are so innocent and precious, can't help but to love'em!! Cherish these moments while they are little because they grow up soooo fast. I hope this makes you as happy as it made me this morning!! LOL! Have a great day. (smile)

TOM's Shoes: Eco-Friendly Slip on Shoes:::::: One for One
After seeing this video I had to buy a pair of these shoes. I have seen them worn all over campus but never considered buying a pair. I love supporting companies that have a mission, outreach is so important. Never mind that these shoes are eco-friendly and comfy but for every pair sold, a pair is given to the less fortunate. I fell in love instantly with the houndstooth shoes and ordered them right away. Yall know how much I love houndstooth. They have canvas, leather and metallic styles. Check them out yall!!

How To Love:::: LilTunechi
If I wasn't already a fan of this dude, LilTunechi (Lil Wayne) I'd definitely would be a fan after hearing this song...How To Love. This song pulled at my heart strings the first time I heard it. For several reasons, (1) It was *bleep* free, I didn't hear alot of explicit lyrics so I didn't have to turn down the volume around my kids. (2) It sounded so sincere, like he was singing the lyrics from his heart. I love songs with passion and depth. (3) I could identify with the lyrics. Not that I've have issues loving a man because I am currently VERY in love and have been for almost 2 decades with hubz *swoon*. I consider myself to be very fortunate in that area. SO GRATEFUL. My issue is more so with women. I have always had trust issues with women. I will meet a super cool gal and almost immediately retreat and/or find a way to become distant and withdrawn. I seem to have difficulty letting my guard down and giving my heart in friendships. I have had the same circle of friends for so long which are predominately family members(my besties are my cousin and sister).
I don't know what angle Weezy F. Baby was coming from when he wrote this song but I'm sure we can all relate in some way or another. Maybe from low self esteem, a broken heart and/or issues trusting men or women...or maybe just not knowing how to love. I am choosing not to let betrayal and disappointments deter me from loving and building. Everyone is different, not every person you meet is out to break you down. Encouraging you all, including myself to learn how to love...AGAIN.

Beyonce Teams Up With the First Lady to get Kids MOVING!
Physical activity is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle. In combination with healthy eating, it can help prevent a range of chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and stroke, which are the three leading causes of death. Physical activity helps control weight, builds lean muscle, reduces fat, promotes strong bone, muscle and joint development, and decreases the risk of obesity. Children need 60 minutes of play with moderate to vigorous activity every day to grow up to a healthy weight.
"I am excited to be part of this effort that addresses a public health crisis. First Lady Michelle Obama deserves credit for tackling this issue directly, and I applaud the NAB Education Foundation for trying to make a positive difference in the lives of our schoolchildren," said Beyonce.
Middle School students all across the nation are scheduled to dance in unison on Tuesday, May 3, at 1:42 p.m. Eastern Time.
Let’s Move! aims to increase opportunities for kids to be physically active, both in and out of school and to create new opportunities for families to move together.
Active Families: Engage in physical activity each day : a total of 60 minutes for children, 30 minutes for adults.
Active Schools: A variety of opportunities are available for schools to add more physical activity into the school day, including additional physical education classes, before–and afterschool programs, recess, and opening school facilities for student and family recreation in the late afternoon and evening.
Active Communities: Mayors and community leaders can promote physical fitness by working to increase safe routes for kids to walk and ride to school; by revitalizing parks, playgrounds, and community centers; and by providing fun and affordable sports and fitness programs.
